Kristi was beyond amazing with our golden retriever! It was his first time being groomed and we let Kristi know that he can be a bit anxious and we didn’t have high hopes that he would stay still for a good trim. Kristi kept us updated via text during the appointment to let us know how good our boy was being. That was a huge relief that completely eased our nerves. Not to mention, our boy now looks fabulous! Here’s an excellent review for a dog groomer: --- I took my Jasper to Shampoochies and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about dogs. My boy needs special handling because of a suspected ccl tear and can be a bit anxious, but Bonnie handled him with such care and patience that he was wagging his tail in no time. The grooming itself was top-notch—his coat looked so shiny and healthy, and the cut was exactly what I asked for, down to the smallest detail.The shop was spotless, the pricing was fair, and the whole process was so smooth.
